1 · Landing page redesign PROPOSAL

The marketing landing now leads with an activity-proof hero, matching the dashboard login language: "Workers that actually run." + a real-feeling worker activity feed (monogram squircle avatars, Done/Running pills, "142 runs today" footer) on the right, the one action (the composer "Start with one job.") on the left. Outcome proof first, not infra. Flat, design-system tokens, single blue accent, no borders.
